License Activation

Follow these steps to install and activate your TrakSYS™ license file.
 
1. Import your license file (e.g. SN0000000000.license) using the TrakSYS™ License Manager application.  
2. Set the Host to the correct PC name (typically the name of the server TrakSYS™ is installed on) for the feature lines of LOGICTrak™, MODELTrak™, WEBTrak™ or the TrakSYS™ Demonstration feature line(s).  
3. Export the Activation Cypher file using the menu option "Activation | Export Activation Data..." and save the file to your desktop.  
4. Upload the Activation Cypher file (e.g. ac.acypher) by clicking the browse button below and finding the file you exported in step 3. Then click the Upload and Activate button.
  
 

 
5. Save the Activation Key (e.g. key.akey) to the desktop.  
6. Import the Activation Key using the TrakSYS™ License Manager menu option "Activation | Import Activation Data...".  
 
After completing the steps above, all the features in the TrakSYS™ should dispaly a status of VALID instead of NOT ACTIVATED.

If you experience any technical difficulties or failures during the activation process, please contact TrakSYS™ technical support at support@parsec-corp.com. If possible, please include the exported Activation Cypher file (i.e. *.acypher) as an attachment to the support request e-mail.
